Before real estate, I worked in architecture, civil design, subdivision planning and infrastructure mapping. I read a home's layout, its lot and its neighborhood's development pattern the way someone who designed them does, and I bring that to every pricing conversation and every tour.

My experience with Texas homes extends well beyond one market. Having spent approximately twenty years along the Texas Gulf Coast before making Lubbock home, I've come to appreciate how differently homes, neighborhoods, and development patterns take shape across our state.

From the expansive soils and older neighborhoods of the High Plains to the drainage considerations and coastal influences of Southeast Texas, geography matters. That perspective, combined with my background in architecture, civil design, and subdivision planning, helps me ask better questions, recognize important considerations, and guide clients toward more informed decisions.

Outside of work I've served with the Lubbock County Elections Office in several roles, including judge and co-judge at polling sites and work at the main office. I also support youth sports, scouting, local animal rescue, United Way, the Chamber of Commerce and the Cactus Theater. Animal rescue is personal for us: over the years we've adopted several boxers and other rescue dogs. My operating value is the Golden Rule. My promise is simple: move wisely.
