What this site is and is not
This site shares information about my services and about Lubbock real estate. It is general information, not legal, tax, lending or investment advice. For those, please talk with a qualified professional.
Using this site, reading its pages or sending me a message does not make me your agent. In Texas, representation begins with a signed written agreement, such as a buyer representation agreement or a listing agreement. You can read how I work with buyers and sellers before deciding anything.

The details of my listings are entered by me and are believed to be accurate, but they are not guaranteed. Prices, availability and features can change, so please confirm anything important with me before relying on it.
Descriptions of neighborhoods, schools and the market are general. School assignments in particular should be verified by address with the school district. The full MLS search linked from this site is provided through my brokerage and is governed by that site's own terms.
Using this site
The text, design and images on this site belong to me or to those who license them to me. Listing photography may be licensed to the listing brokerage rather than to me. Please don't copy, scrape or republish the site's content without permission.
